Player Assessments

Player Assessments are an invaluable tool for fastpitch softball teams to evaluate and identify the strengths and weaknesses of their players. Our assessments are designed to evaluate players at all levels, from 8U to 17U, so coaches can have a better understanding of the skill level of each player. Our assessments are comprehensive and relevant to the game of fastpitch softball, providing coaches with valuable feedback about players so they can make the best decisions for their team.

Assessments 

Annual Warrior player assessments are held in the fall. Girls who are interested in playing softball for the Warrirors should participate in assessments at the appropriate time for their age group. Registration/warm ups begin a half-hour before each scheduled try out. Girls should bring a softball glove, helmet, bat, and cleats/tennis shoes and wear workout clothing. Tennis shoes will be required if tryouts are moved indoors due to the weather. Teams are primarily made up of girls living within northeast Wisconsin. Players are selected based on their player assessmebt performance, and all final rosters are approved by the Midwest Warriros Board of Directors. Players who are selected and their families must be willing to travel on weekends to play in tournaments.

2025 Assessments will be held Saturday, August 17, at Patriot Park in Grand Chute. 
 

Times listed below for age groups.

8U - 10-11:30 AM

10U - 11:30 AM - 1 PM

12U - 1-2:30 PM

14U - 2:30-4 PM

16U - 4-5:30 PM

In case of inclement weather we will meet at Patriot Park on Sunday, August 18 

Players unable to attend the August 17th, 2024 tryouts may tryout on the make-up date should contact Tim Edens at the above email for a private assessment.
